Clothes for training

What kind of clothes is good for training?

Sweat suits, sweatpants, or leggings with lots of freedom of movement are preferable for training. It is not always relevant for occupational therapy – talk to your therapist about clothing.

Bring along a pair of good indoor shoes, e.g. sandals, slippers, or sneakers that fit well. It is possible to borrow gym shoes at Børneterapien.

When we test our children, a pair of shorts and a t-shirt with short sleeves will do fine. This type of clothing makes it easier to see how the child moves his/her body.
